Sometimes, to do the hard work on my studies, I put on headphones and listen to phonk, in order to give myself a motivation boost to do what has to be done. Now I`m sitting here, with these same headphones, and world just slows to 10% of its speed. No hustle, no panic or deadlines, just me, night and the PC. This album just stopped me in the place and said "nah, you`ve been in a journey for too long, take a break"

i just had a horrible (mental/emotional) breakdown.
the kind where you scream cause things don’t work out as you planned, and then the breakdown start.
the kind where you cry so much that your face gets super hot and you begin to feel nauseous, and out of breath.
the kind where you‘d probably grab a few (alc) drinks, if you‘d get the chance.

after i finally calmed the crying and shaking, i felt super drained and nauseous which still left me nervous. (duo to multiple things i have huge problems with nausea)

now listening to this actually helped me. it helped me calm down enough for the nausea to weaken and for my eyes to get tired. and i’m only at minute 12 i think.

it was a lot of stuff that built up, a lot of things triggering the breakdown and i have no one to talk about it to. so that one thing not working out (making food.. such a simple thing..) was the cherry on top.

genuinely thank you for this video.
it truly helped me.

This scene reminds me of walking home from my friends house late one Christmas night in 2007. I was about 18 years young.
I stopped, looked around and thought how peaceful life is.

this helps so much. as someone who studies 12 hours everyday, everything around me was suffocating and my own family felt annoying. I got fed up giving 3 hour long tests every two weeks and needed a break. when I stumbled upon this video, I didn't have much expectations. but surprisingly, this calmed me down and gave myself a moment to breathe amidst my monotonous routine. I realized that it's okay to pause once in a while. my mind also cleared up and my feelings of stress and anxiety vanished for the time being. thank you for this~

I visited a forest trail recently, and the songs in this playlist matches what I experienced perfectly. At that time, the skies were dark and cloudy, then rain started to pour. I was standing there, in a desolate forest trail surrounded by an endless sea of trees. The feeling I got was truly... beautiful✨. It's difficult to describe. It's like loneliness, emptiness, and calmness all mixed together. The emotion was very surreal. I decided to take out my smartphone and take a few pictures to capture that essence. I made two community posts on my YouTube channel to share the photos with the world😌

Sometimes in my life, im left feeling as though the happy feelings are gone. I can look happy and sound happy but i never truley feel happy. Calming music like this helps me cry out everything i need to in order to get to the next day. Thanks. :)
