My ex always criticised me talking and laughing with my sisters. I found his comment to be bizzare. I thought he was merely jealous because he didn't have that kind of relationship with his sibling. After listening to Danielle, now I can see many pieces (that I didn't notice) are coming together. It's hard to believe that I was scammed by someone that I loved.

I get it. But what if it turns out that your
Friends and Family are the narcissists? No way all these people can be hurting me to my core and then pretending they are the innocent ones. They are trying to destroy me and my relationships. Sometimes it really is your family. In fact, that’s probably why you chose bad relationships in the first place. Because your family doesn’t help you see red flags. Because why would they? They are narcissists too. Stop telling people too go back to their friends and family. That’s where the problem started.

The main pain is we care about someone who is abusive to us..?? No one dies the, se think..."them" is the monster, not us, we are better than that, no one deserves that..we learned if a parent raised their voice to us, diciplined us and hopefulky didnt call us names for dropping a glass of milk that we were bad "your stupid" " you made a mess" we internalized shame, sheme is "we are bad" guilt is, " i did something bad" narcs are shame based..they cannot be bad, their false zelf cant tolerate it..therefore you are bad .its a dichotomy..black n white..good bad, evil angel cops robbers..this is the exact structure of this dichotomous fantationship...never ends, cant be fixed, you will die, you will get deoressed thats why there are anxiety anti deoressant meds because their are so many Narcissists..get it..back up and look at all this..ABC of behavior
