How to Install Apache NetBeans IDE 11.3 on Windows 10 x64

This video shows you how to install Apache NetBeans IDE 11.3 with Java Development Kit (JDK) 11.0.6 on Microsoft Windows 10 x64. Java SE 11 is a Long-Term-Support (LTS) release and will receive extended support until September 2026.

Updates:

Java installation directory.
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.6

NetBeans Installation directory.
C:\Program Files\NetBeans-11.3

I already downloaded the jdk 14.0.1 but when I downloaded the netbeans, a critical error appeared. It says:
Exception:
java/util/jar/Pack200

Can you help me please?

i haven't the jdk folder and i don't now how to resolve the problem, can you help me ?
