Cheese cloud eggs: ready in no time!

A creative way to serve eggs for dinner!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
 
METHOD

Divide the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Place half of the beaten egg whites on a baking tray. Make a circle. And make a hole in the center of each circle.
Put the yolk in the middle. Then spread the grated cheese over the rest of the egg white. Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 5 minutes.
