Today was the Great American Solar Eclipse of 2024.

I missed most of it because of the cloudy weather, but it did become visible through the clouds for a few seconds, and honestly, that was indescribable.

I’m gonna spend my late 20’s and all of my 30’s specifically traveling (single or married depending on who I meet as I navigate life) as my business grows and enables me to do so, and I’ve made it a goal to visit Iceland in time for the next solar eclipse in 2026, plus after being inspired by a certain Gordon Ramsay video, I’ve specifically wanted to visit Iceland anyway to catch, cook, and eat puffins, which will happen to be in-season when the eclipse happens. Not to mention hiking the volcanic landscape, climbing the uninhabited islands, etc.

As a sign of good faith, abundance mindset, and optimism, I’m committing to learning Icelandic starting tonight.
