It's just Spetsnaz or Russian Special Forces doesn't get advertised very well unlike US SF they have documentaries, books, movies and etc... about them but if you looked at the Russian and Ukrianian conflict you'll realized how underrated the Russian SF especially their recently operations against the Ukrianians these guys go against another highly trained Army and foreign mercenaries from different nation unlike the US SF taking on sheep and goat hearders and elderly guys.

Spetsnaz has not been very effective in the Ukraine war.
In Lyman the 3e Garde Spetsnaz brigade lost 75% of their troops in October 2022. The 346e Spetsnaz-brigade has only 125 active members left of the original 900. They maybe train tough still they fight like Russians 😂

Spetnaz is the most elite special forces in all of special forces as they do intense training and they recruit asian people as they have the same culture and they know a language called farsi which american countries do not know how to speak farsi and they recruit young asian men as they are loyal smart and strong with indurence. Delta all day everyday. Spetsnaz are tough but they are having a hard time fighting the Ukrainians and have a lot of casualties almost lost one entire brigade because of the Ukrainians. Imagine what delta could do to them.

I believe delta takes the edge.
They undergo sleep deprivation & Get pushed not just to there Physical but also there Psychological Limits.
They also go through SERE training.
They are also picked from the likes of Green Beret's & 75th Ranger Regiment who's training is quite Demanding.

While Spetsnaz does have demanding training in its own right they have A Sink or Swim Mentality.
However are Berets have commented positively on there Intuition there Tactical Capabilities & there Marksmanship not to mention these people can take some punishment.
Alpha Group will probably be the best match up against Delta.

Like I said the Spetsnaz are exceptional Combatants However due to sleep deprivation and the overall Physical & Psychological Demands & the backgrounds the Delta operators come from i firmly believe in are own Warrior's
