NYC cracking down on fake license plates

This is so weird down south we always use paper plates until our actual plates come in to the DMV or our homes. Of course, someone is making fake paper plates and taking advantage of a legal process.

start with cop's cars.. they are the main ones. saw many videos of it

It only took 3 years. The law should be IF YOU DONT HAVE A NYC LICENCE PLATE AND REGISTRATION YOU CANT PARK OUTSIDE IN NY. THIS WILL TEACH PEOPLE TO STOP AVOIDING NY STATE TAXES BY REGISTERING AND INSURING YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF STATE
