I got the same specs and the reason i went with intel was the lower price. But i find out that with amd cpu you get a lot more flexibility and with this 590z you are pretty much stuck unless intel comes up with newer cpus that dont require you to get a newer and more expensive board in case you want upgrading. And on the other hand amds still use am4 socket and dont require you to buy the more expensive board just so you can fit the 11600k and get its max performance.
So if you going for cheaper go this way but if you want flexibility go with amd. Might be a bit more expensive but i feel like they are a lot more respectful for not making you buy a more expensive board.
