Excel - How to create searchable dropdown list

Simple tutorial how to create dropdown list that will filter only values that contain some specific text.
It's ideal for cases where you would have very long list to pick from, but you know what part it contains.
It is using array functions not VBA, but these functions are not available in older versions of Excel.
