Install OpenFOAM 9 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS - 1 minute tutorial

Since June 2022, OpenFOAM 9 can be installed in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish) using the apt package management tool. The procedure is very simple and involves only a few terminal commands.
