hey hey! I'm back with a thrift flip!! flipping clothing is my favorite way to update some not so cute thrifted pieces into ready to wear diy sustainable cuties! i snagged some plain shoes and denim, and decided to use paint to upcycle them into one-of-a-kind works of art that i can wear! it may be my best thrift flip yet, enjoy!

I loved the checkerboard shoes! This makes so much sense to do with shoes that are really scuffed because they are less appealing at the thrifts and more likely to go to the landfill. Thanks for the inspiration 💜

Ok THIS might be my favorite thrift flip you have ever done because it was accessible and you listed out all the products so well! I love that I can do this without lugging out my sewing machine and as a plus-sized lady so many thrift flips rely on extra fabric from larger clothing which just isn’t all that practical as someone who is a larger size.

I'm currently working on a splattered paint design on some kicks, I've been doing diy fashion projects for the longest most of my clothing pieces going way back to highschool was diy projects. This is amazing! I loved the jacket! In an antique store I recently saw where someone had taken jean jackets and added vintage doilies and hankies around the bottom and I thought they were fabulous! I have a huge collection of both and thought I would try it myself. Now I want to go paint some of my pieces!!
