I got into contact with someone that talked to the man behind the "mutant manjula" plant. He is going to try to direct me to him personally. His name is Dr. Chen.. I will ask Dr. Chen if I can record a phone conversation between him and I for a follow up video and set the record straight on where these came from the and controversy behind the release of them, also how this came about because as I'm informed that this has nothing to do with Manjula Pothos genetics. Pothos will forever be a favorite, long after the houseplant explosion dies down. A mom and pop gas station by me has one that's been in their store for almost 20 years that has grown all the way across the ceiling, double the supposed lifespan.
My most recent houseplant purchase was just a simple thanksgiving cactus. My mom used to have one on her kitchen sink, and it was definitely a nostalgia buy for me. Sometimes the most common plants are the most enjoyable. I love seeing them in bloom, and love that they're a tropical succulent.

So lucky to have such great friends! I was on my way home from work in the pouring rain and in major traffic when a friend messaged me that those came in. It was posted on the shops story IG story almost 5 hours prior. I really didn’t think I would even get one. I was shocked that when I called they they had 5 left! I’m so glad we were able to get them at a reasonable price and are able to share with friends.

So cool! I’ve got a few of the common fancy pothos growing. My regular golden that grows out of my aquarium filter just popped out an all white leaf! Not sure what’s up with that but the leaf is so cute!

My most recent plant is a new obsession of mine: Tradescantia Nanouk! Fun fact: I am a (very) new member of the houseplant-enthusiast community! I was introduced to tradescantia when a tiny cutting of tradescantia zebrina got stuck in the pot of the marble queen pothos I purchased from Aldi merely 6 weeks ago!

I'm very fresh into house plants. But I was just gifted a money tree. It's gorgeous. I came here from fish tanks, so i've basically only grown pothos as far as house plants go! Love what you put into the world, Jimmy.

My most recent plant collected and favorite way to propagate is finding broken off leaves from succulent plants normally on the floor of box store or container trays / sidewalks and placing the leaves in old food containers or ziplocks and watching grow from dried nothing into fun plants in the fishroom. I just bought a global green pothos. Chose it bc it had one half moon white variegated leaf. Yesterday I noticed it popped out a full white leaf! Plants are so interesting. Happy you got 3 of those its beautiful 😍

My most favorite plant in my house is my Norfolk island pine. It brings back great memories of a favorite uncle who had one when I was a kid.

Most recent plants, lemon button fern and another fern. But my favorite plant would have to be my dad's golden pothos. He's been gone for 10 years now. It's so nice to have something that he once cared for.

My most recent purchase is a china doll plant. It reminds me of certain ferns. I love pothos plants because they are easy, and great to grow I currently have six in my collection.

Most recent plant is the Baltic blue pothos, favorite plant that I have would have to be thr red emerald philodendron. I'm not a "new" plant parent by any means but I love that there are so many different and new plants that were not available 30 years ago. Thanks for sharing yours with us.
