As an allergy girlie too, I can highly recommend packing Asian rice stick noodles or rice vermicelli noodles and a container. Most hotel rooms have a jug to boil water and you just pour them over to soften and can enjoy with toppings your diet allows 🤗💖

Your sisters are so sweet to you. Since you need to cook, please look into getting serviced apartments instead of hotel rooms. There are some really nice ones.

It’s really not nice to get raw chicken juice all over the counters and I bet you the cooking smell is all over the drapes and carpets.
