Plus-Plus: Building A Catapult Using Wheels & Plates

How to make a working catapult using the new Plus-Plus wheels and plates. This build I quite simple but really fun. It's my first build with my new Plus-Plus wheels, it's fun trying to build other things than cars with them.

What you need for this build:
16 grey
3 brown
2 wheels
2 small base plates (the bottom one can be larger if you only have the square plate)

The colors a not really important so use what you like.

What is Plus-Plus?
Plus-Plus is a kind of building blocks that can be used to create all kind of stuff. The shape of the Plus-Plus is like two plusses put together ++. They are kind of like Lego, but you only need one shape to build everything. You can get them in different colors like basic, neon and pastel.
