Do you love God? That part got me because when he asked that question my heart immediately said yes and yet I also did feel shame because so many times my actions dont reflect it and I know that my love for God is finite compared to the love he has for me

I'm saved by the blood of Jesus 7 months now, I still cuss sometimes but only God can hear it as I'm alone when I do it, it's wrong and I want to stop it, please God tame my tongue.

Yes I can point to a time when I was dead and now I am alive. The scary part is that over the time I was dead I believed I was christian, called myself christian because of a prayer I made one time. For 14 years there was never evidence of change, of me being a Christian, no bible reading, no prayer, no change. One year later there is such a great difference in me and all of it happened after I experienced spiritual deliveranced.

what a glorious day it will be, when my Maker I will see. amen to the word, i can clearly see a transformed me and my family do not know me anymore and my friends don't want to know me, and still i am more happy now then ever before!

I’ve been in the faith less than 5 months and I’m struggling with assurance. Up till now it’s been mostly fear. I’m a different person than I was but I’m still not sure if I check out. Lots of fear of falling away (if I’m even saved), giving up, being cast out, etc. All I see is the warnings at this point. Constant fruit checking. Constant introspection. Constant sermons on “if you’re really saved”. From the moment I wake up till the moment I go to sleep. I know I’m a sinner, I know I can’t save myself, and Jesus is my only hope.

Unfortunately I don’t think many are truly saved. I can think of family members who say they believe but continue to cuss, tell dirty jokes, smoke, fornicate, play the lotto, never read the Bible, and spend hours in front of a tv. I try not to judge, but I’d think if you were born again you could at a least control your mouth. Many Folks are just plain rough around the edges. I don’t know..., only God knows.

Amen everything is different
I talk to the Lord day and night. I love the Lost. Trying to pray family in. I enjoy going with the Holy Spirit to find the Lost. Yes The Holy Spirit teaches me the Bible it jumps off the Page. I adored Him and Love him with all I have knowledge of. I pray to him and sing songs just for Him. He always comes and I find such peace and I can sleep really good. My Husband died last year my mother this spring so two losses and The Holy Spirit has stayed so close to me I really am grateful

I’ve been struggling with the peace of conscience lately. I want to love Jesus more, but I have had fear for a while. I’ve been praying about it, but it comes back when I doubt and it stays for a while.
