SHE WAS OUR Granny! She was OUR QUEEN!!! Strong, Structured, Diciplined and Interested...and would always sneak in the cookies! None of them asked for this as their lot in life. The Monarchy holds a certain communial, historical, prestigious not just about being rich. Actually a lot of the jewelery is inherited and then passed down againto future generations. They don't get to keep it. She was indeed a decient lady and she carried and conducted herself with poise, grace and manners as proper girls and ladies were believed ought, taught and expected to be. We loved our Queen, She was the Commonwealths leading lady who left the Commonwealth and this planet in a much better place. She was bestowed to us for 70 years, We are now without the only monarch we've ever known - our beloved Queen - our Granny!. We do of course all love and support King Charles III. His mother, the Queen has absolutely guided and prepared him well. must say though that after 50 years of seeing the Queen's face on all money, stamps and in government places, it's gonna take a bit of getting used to when the first coins of King Charles III do come out. Great answer, Joe Biden! Wow- i loved his very inspired eulogy regarding the Queen- a reflection of an old "dream that still lives", perhaps a time to come when "EVERYONE is greeted with respect and treated with dignity, regardless of their station or stature in life." - I should put this top of a list, maybe write a book of famous quotes of United States Presidents. Such a thoughtful answer shines like a star (or Venus, right after sunset)- in a stark opposition to the sort of criminal psychopathy and blatant disrespect for the rights and humanity in others that we now see coming from Putin and his Russian allies who have involved themselves into American Politics (Trump, Et. Al.) who are even now, trying to hack our legal and judicial systems.
