How can I review without getting caught up in the current reality? Neville suggests reviewing the facts of the day, right? For example, if I have an argument with my boss and review it, I see a harmonious relationship between us but I still see myself in that job, you know? So if I want a new reality, I shouldn't review details?

Dear Niclas, I recently started watching your videos on YouTube. I don't understand one thing. If the 3D world and everything that happens in it is not so important for us, then why do we make such an effort to manifest something to happen to us in 3D, if we are so happy with our inner being and everything we want to have in 3D, is already realized "within" us?
One more thing is not clear to me. If all possible states in which we can find ourselves already exist, that means that there are also states in which we are blind, disabled, mentally retarded, etc. I ask this because there are people with disabilities, such as my brother, whose leg was amputated due to cancer. Does this mean that he can reverse the period when he got sick and enter again the state in which he has a leg and then wake up one day in this 3D with the leg he lost?
If that is not possible, then everything else seems absurd to me, because if we look at the 3D world, then the leg is also "material" like money, an apartment, a car, etc.?
