Coming back to this retroactively after the recent "Ms. LemonS" upload, I'm guessing now that the part at the end about the "Useless Text" file is to be used somehow with the "Project UroboroS" we've seen in the "Ms. LemonS" video, though it's probably updated

Also apparently now both games are connected - someone else mentioned that losing your hand and eye in Ms LemonS can be regained by getting to the point in Mr TomatoS where you have to feed him an eye and a hand, so the Project UroboroS thing about her wounds being present in "all dimensions" means that game (and essentially all three games by this developer when released) will all be connected and used together with Project UroboroS, and what happens in one game can affect the others
