that scene did something to me emotionally. i kept rewatching it. the last time rick found out about him being a father, was lori telling him she was pregnant with his best friend's child. for a brief moment, i wondered if rick thought this was another shane-lori situation, but with michonne and someone else ... but no. i think rick knew this wasn't that situation. rick doubted lori's love (and eventually loyalty), but he doesn't doubt that with michonne. he would've died a long time ago if he did. the bond rick and michonne have is 100% divinely orchestrated. they're connected not only on a spiritual level, but also a soul level ❤

I just found out Danai wrote this Episode and it was my Favorit. I watched it alone again. You can tell she understands a love story. All the emotion, the tension and frustration. They both delivered it so well. Its a masterpiece.
