I am disgusted to say this is 100% accurate for me. I have a 2021 triple black that has 2300 miles on it and has never been off road or in the rain. In fact is cleaner than any you would find new on the dealer floor and its never had a true soap and water wash. I really hope I am not the only one who bought one of the most capable bike in the world to do absolutely nothing with it. This video gives me hope and I appreciate you for it.

Lol. Smokey, you are the best. I considered a GS, but there were two drawbacks. The closest BMW dealer is well over an hour away, and the price. I just bought a 2024, new, Honda Africa Twin ES DCT. The reasons were price, engine reliability/build quality, two Honda dealers within 30 minutes of where I live, servicing is way cheaper... and.... I'm not into Starbucks. Hello from Kentucky USA. We love your sense of humor, Smokey. Don't ever mellow out on us ;)

So many pretty pristine GSAs running around town. That's why I bought one. Mine is all scratched and dinged from the mountains and desert. I wouldn't have it any other way. Old guy out....

😂 if that’s the typical GSA driver, I am a very atypical one:
- coffee, not my cup of tea
- cleaning the bike… will do so when I sell it
- except for snow, nothing keeps me from driving it when I want or need to.
- I don’t care what people think of my bike, if I’m off to drive for fun I get as much nice roads as I can in one day (around Belgium) so no time to stand still…
