July 2019~ the most deep impression in me head...CODE GEASS(my favorite Anime all time)~ I miss Lelouch so much...love all the theme songs, not only the OP, the songs from Hitomi is really sad...

World's End is one gorgeous tune. The same can also be said about Colors. To be honest, anything by FLOW in general sounds good.

These opening songs are truly fantastic! Code Geass is hands down one of my favorite animes ever. I got to meet Johnny Yong Bosch who voice's Lelouch in the English Dub version last weekend at a Con in Jacksonville FL. I also got my Code Geass poster signed with a quote that Lelouch says "The only ones who should kill are those prepared to be killed." He was super awesome to meet and talk to!

1)Charles code :
In episode 21 he reached the stage of complete geass and people with such geass are capable of killing immortal people. Although he didn't kill Charles with his own hands, he was the one who was responsible for his death as he used his geass on the subconscious which then killed Charles and his mother. Moreover in a last ditch attempt Charles did attack Lelouch and tried to choke him with the very hand that had the geass symbol. Suzaku did offered Lelouch his help in striking Charles away but Lelouch refused it. The one thing here that is fishy is that whether Lelouch did knew about stealing the code and thus allowed Charles to deliberately attack him or it was just accidental but anyway it did work to his advantage.
AND A CODE CANT BE DESTROYED.

2)The church scene:
In this scene we saw CC said that
" THE PRICE YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR USING YOUR GEASS IS A DEAR ONE."

Now many people say that she was crying because lelouch was going to die for achieving world peace.. and she cared for him.. BUT ITS NOT TRUE AT ALL.

but actually this scene have a deeper meaning..CC would never cry if lelouch died..because CC knew how meaningless a life could be. because she had already past a life like that.
She was crying over the fact that now lelouch have to go thorough that eternal hellish life like she did. eternal life is the biggest burden in her opinion.

3)Nunnally seeing Lelouch's memories after touching him:
The creators of the show did mention the fact that Nunnally has an instinct of figuring out if anyone is lying to her by touching their hand. Although it might sound as a mystical or supernatural power it is not. It is just a result of her being blind has allowed her develop other senses and by touching someone's hand she can figure out the truth possibly because of their pulse(as it might rise abnormally if they lie). Well honestly this part is quite confusing. Her figuring out the entire plot just by touching his hand is quite absurd. It might be the case that after dying Lelouch's code got activated and she was able to see some of his memories just as it happened when Lelouch was able to see C.C.'s during R1.

4)Orange Boy Jeremiah allowed Lelouch to be killed? :
During this scene Jeremiah deliberately allowed Suzaku to get past him and kill Lelouch which clearly indicates that he knew about Zero requiem.But as he allowed Suzaku to get past him he did give a smile. Now people might say that i am reading too much into this.Well that might be the case but sometimes it is the small details that also matter. Since Jeremiah is fiercely loyal to Lelouch and dedicated to saving him, he might have opposed the idea of Lelouch killing himself and as a result Lelouch might have told him about his immortality. Well i cannot confirm the latter part as it is pure speculation but is really interesting.

5)The cart scene:
This scene truly hints that the cart driver might really be Lelouch. C.C refers to the fact that "the power of kings geass brings one solitude(the state of being alone) not quite accurate, right lelouch?".During that entire scene she was looking at the sky but as soon as she says "right lelouch ?" she moves her head in backward direction as if referring to the driver of the cart.
Moreover the scene ends with a final shot on the origami crane near C.C., which as we know Nunnally used to make all the time( Or maybe the very pink crane that she made and gifted to Lelouch in r1). Lelouch might just be carrying it around as a memory of Nunnally, as he won't be able to meet her ever again.


5)And now lets move to the most important part: the bond between LELOUCH AND C2

The promise that Lelouch made to C.C.. C.C.'s contract with Lelouch is one the most important aspects of the entire series. If we consider Lelouch to be dead in every other form, this part of the story is never going to be addressed thus creating a huge plot hole in the series.
But in all honesty that is not the case at all.Leouch said that he knew the true wish of CC. As she was neglected in her entire life her true wish was actually being loved by someone...not as a typical lover like...but true love...
Now if lelouch died by his own plan... what about CC!...the best development of entire show was the development between LELOUCH and CC become completly meaningless if that happen.

But truth is now lelouch is there to accompany CC..thats why she will not be lonely anymore....thats why she said

"THE POWER OF KING'S GEASS BRINGS ONE LIVELIER SOLITUDE. I THINK THATS NOT QUITE ACCURATE.

RIGHT, LELOUCH"

CC was lonely from beginning. thats why she wanted to die that badly.Her life was meaningless.But she changed after her met with Lelouch. Even later in the series lelouch became lonely bcz of his geass power.He had lost almost everything.

but now Lelouch and CC isnt lonely she doesnt think geass bring loneliness... Rather Geass brought Lelouch to her.She would never meet lelouch if there wasnt geass.

therefore CC thinks POWER OF THE KING DOESNT BRING LIVELIER SOLITUDE.

"Colors" the first and "World End" the last op of Code Geass are my favourite. Especially the last one when the intro is up it always made me sad, it remind me how this series end...

O2's my favourite opening out of them all. I love it so much. Then, second favourite would probably be World End. I always found myself skipping the intros in the first season (but the outros were pretty rad)

Everyone seems to either love Colors or World End the most, but Kaidoku Funo by Jinn is excellent and intreresting.
Maybe the english names make the difference in remembering them?
