Anybody doing this seriously should invest in a small spot welder. They start at $9 and i recently bought a $24 one which does everything. You need it for strength, better connections, resistance to heat, etc. There is no excuse to not buy one.

Yesss!! I'm lovin' it! That charging boards are very clever and durable. I have two of such DIY cases with exact this board. The power of the DIY cases will be, that the Li-Ion cells has not need to be soldered because there are to be installed as same as you install AA or AAA alkaline batterys in a TV IR remote f. e. So i become able to change the cells easy and quickly every day when i want. 😊 Best DIY Powerbank board since ten years. Never seen similar that is better or can more than this one.

Woah, these type of battery with parallel connection are better that enclosed power banks because, they are not expandable but these are!

You can buy boxes designed to hold multiple batteries and have brackets, connrcting strips, pcb mounts, etc. Nice plus inexpensive. They make your work look very professional. Invest in one.

How long it will take to recharge the battery pack? can you make it faster by connecting a buck converter?

You can make the case (box) using PVC or CPVC by heating and shaping

Why aren't you using a little 12V spot welder for the battety connections? They start st $9 and there are multiple really good reasons to use them.
