Love at you Mike. Over a decade ago, you were one of the few YTers I was following that got me on a road to getting into shape, and loosing weight. Would follow your exercise routines and eventually got fit enough and lost enough to feel confident to hit the gym and things took off from there. And I swear, you look like you've not age since that time. :) Good nutrition; good quality sleep; and exercise. The golden three! And avoiding toxic and unnecessary stressors and people in your life as best you can.

I went to a TM retreat (transcendental meditation) many years ago, where our days were full with yoga, Ayur Vedic diet and meditation but before we started the yoga we were stretching for 20 minutes however, before that, we did exactly what Mike is doing here. Followed by self massage from the extremities inwards. If you have never done this, you must try it. It really does work wonders. If you live a busy life with work it is especially important to start your day like this. Believe me, it really will help.
