I often add fish sauce or soy sauce to garlic noodles. Adds a wonderful depth

Well, technically it is. IDK how and when sauces and condiments diverged when they're kinda used similarly still. Soy sauce for example is a sauce and a condiment. I guess all condiments can be added to food to make a sauce but not all sauce can be made into condiments.
