There should be a required background check on people who want a dog.. or any pet.
I bought my pup from a family that bought her as a Security Device (owners' actual words).
They didn't get her the proper or required shots or register her. Owner even stated that if the pup got out.. oh well, not my problem.

I'm a veteran who needed help, and this wonderful pup gave, and still gives, every day.
I've had her for just over 3 1/2 years.. she'll be 4 years old end of January.
She's saved my life in many ways

This is so sad, but happens so often. Please never get a dog if you can’t take care of it. I love my dog, he’s my best bro. You must love dogs, take care of them and know that they love you even if you can’t speak. They are the best thing for humans ever. I love dogs ❤

My dog died last year she was a rescue and one of the sweetest dogs you would ever meet we had her for 14 years and gave her the best life she had cancer and ended up dying
