localhost/phpmyadmin not found Debian 9

when i edited the file and save it, it prompt out ''can't open file to write'. instead of open the file edit it, i follow these steps to solve the problem:
1. go to terminal type
sudo nano /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
2.after that terminal u open the file for u, then just add the line
3.click Ctrl + x and Enter to save the file, u should able to go back terminal.
4. just restart ur apache2, then u should able to get in phpmyadmin page.
