I have just examined the returning astronauts, they seem to be in good physical health, perhaps the space grown vegetables have contributed to this - but they have exhibited some odd behavior. Spencer in particular.

Spencer arrived two hours early for his check up today, he says he hasn't slept since returning home, he has a strange green discoloration beneath his eyelids. I better keep a close eye on him.

Spencer is becoming increasingly paranoid, he has developed an irrational fear of rabbits. His finger tips are also now turning green.

Spencer didn't show up for his check up today, worried about his recent erratic behavior I traveled to his quarters to find him, but he has vanished from the facility without a trace! Leaving only a lettuce on his bed..

I figured that they were already doing this since the space station was built. Why did it take so long for this to be a thing? The hydro farm is not new technology. I am deeply disappointed and amazed that it took this long. What have they been doing at NASA. Call me a troll If you like but it's growing a tomato not splitting atoms.
