So it decides the flow of electrons towards the positive node... Is this classified as DC. Or are those different entirely?

But why would the electrons even go the other way around?? Electrons flow from negative areas to positive areas, right? The part before the N-type semiconductor is wire, so i'm pretty sure it's not positive. why would the electrons flow in a direction other then → when they have "positive holes" right in front of them?
