You didn't have to use code-server, you can run VS Code with the serve-web option to get the same thing. That way, you have access to the default extension marketplace and all the juicy official packages

But how do you access to your saved file later on? Let's say I've created a file through vscode. It's then saved in termux folder. But how do you access to those files straight from android?

You're running Ubuntu in a chroot, did you try
apt install xubuntu-desktop xrdp
