One of the reasons Helios deals so much damage is because unlike other sentinels, it exclusively aims for the enemies' heads, giving it a huge headshot damage boost.

Some things of note for helios:

1) Shattering impact is base armor while vicious bond is (seemingly) max armor, meaning that there's no real reason to equip shattering impact since only it won't actually strip armor faster (unless it's hitting a butcher which has 5 armor, but butchers should die in 1 hit regardless)

2) Clones from duplex bond appear to be unable to utilise other bond mods (or at the very least vicious bond), so you could replace it with something else while not losing much utility, personally i've switched out duplex and momentous bond for spare parts (extra loot) and fired up (basically a more consistant momentous bond)

A couple of notes: helstrum is built wrong for dethcube. You want gas and optionally electro for reaching more enemies and racking up assists. Definitely do not put on cold on helstrum for Nautilus though, as it will negate his pull.
Also, Helios is a buggy interaction with regen. Regen acts as multishot on him and will most likely be nerfed (fixed). Take off the mod and see how Helios is supposed to actually shoot. I would advise against investing forma into it.
As others have mentioned, hounds are range primers now and diriga is a melee primer. Another broken interaction is helminth charger with his set mod and mystic bond: the bond activates every 3-5 seconds for free ability casts with no effort, will probably also be fixed.

Im actually playing with panzer because viral is so good and with vicious bond it is able to strip all armor in one swing when enemies are clumped together with ensnare etc. Maybe its because of swipe mod idk. Duplex for "survavibilty via distraction" and pack leader for healing. Its not the best for dealing a lot of dps but a great utility nonetheless

Hounds with Synergized Prospectus are absolutely DISGUSTING primers, getting 12 status effects on entire tiles instantly

Hound with Synergized Prospectus and Manifold Bond is OP. Mos weapon for viral and heat/rad and it's a way better panzer that spams all of it's abilities and nukes rooms and spreads stacks of viral and other statuses, especially with Momentous Bond

I wasn't aware pets now have overguard, so seeing an overguarded health bar just jumping around my screen my first thought was "what the hell is that eximus" before realising it's just my panzer being a good murder dog.

Thanks to the rework I'm actually using forma on these companions. I stopped using them once I got them to 30, because Kubrows were my go-to, before Kavats were introduced. Then it was Kavats, only swapping to Vulpaphyla occasionally when I was doing stuff like Arbitrations, or Eidolon Hunts.

Deconstructor is bugged doing more damage then intended when primed regen is equip expect a nerf.

Tested with primed regen on then off try it yourself

Never understood why people invest in Fetch. It has such short range that if it affects something, you were probably going to pick it up anyways by just being in the area. Could easily fit something more useful onto the companion, like Sacrifice or something

Note for helios, his deconstructor has presumably been nerfed due to its firerate now being extremely slow and shooting at one glaive at a time instead of a burst of all 3 and then a long pause inbetween 3 shots now, so a bit of misinfomation this may only work during the video as it may have been recorded before this presumed nerf, 24 to 48 hours ago.
