Haunted Mansion | Official Trailer

Take the ride to the other side. Watch the brand-new trailer for Haunted Mansion, appearing only in theaters July 28.

Directed by Justin Simien, the film features an all-star cast ensemble cast including LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon and Dan Levy, with Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto as The Hatbox Ghost.

Inspired by the classic theme park attraction, “Haunted Mansion” is about a woman and her son who enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters. The film’s producers are Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, with Nick Reynolds and Tom Peitzman serving as executive producers.

I love how we have a comedy version of the haunted mansion in the 2003 film and now a more scarier one. This is exactly how Goff and Anderson wanted the attraction to be like. Scary but also comedic.

This is what Disney needs nowadays. Instead of cashing in on those unnecessary live action remakes that's getting stale, make a new story, in this case based on their theme park rides into movies. Even if it doesn't work, i still apprciate their effort in trying something new. Just like Tomorrowland which was a pretty underrated movie and prefer to watch that over the Disney remakes

I just watched this movie and it was perfect. Laughed, cried, smiled, and almost fell off my bed a few times with my big jump scared self.. I was at Disneyland the year it opened, yes that old, I love the honor this movie bestowed on the ride itself. I am in the ticket line if they make another.

Second trailer and it's looking even better. love that it's sticking to a very creepy feel and seems to reduce the humor quite a bit. Was very uncertain originally, but now I'm all in on this.

One, Rosario Dawson’s character being named Gabbie and spelled that way has me soooo happy. Two, Captain Gore hint at the end as me SCREAMING. Three, the Hat Box ghost looks amazing. Four, it seems like this plot is exactly like what the predicted lord of the Hatbox Ghost and Constance Hatchaway had been implying. That he was her accomplice/secret lover who helped her with her killing
