1st cap round main allotment nai hua hai but then ab 2nd cap round ke liye collages kaha se fill karne hoge hume? any idea.

While filling the Engg application form, I missed the select TWFS option and OBC NCL has also not been selected because documents were not received at that time. Now both documents are available with me. Can I apply for the same in CAP round 2?
