Sir if 2nd round me college nahi mila to 1st round me mila college reserve rehta hai kya? Ya hume 2nd list me bhi add karna padta hai 1st alloted college to secure admission?

Sir, muze Sinhgad clg vadgao mila tha... Lekin muze 2nd round me achhe clg ke liye try karna tha ..&. muze ye betterment ke bare me pata nahi tha... To maine betterment option, freeze - not freeze ye kuchh kiya hi nahi hai... And directly cap 2 ka option form fill kar diya hai... To isase kuchh problem nahi hoga na?
Aur wo purana wala clg firse mil sakta hai kya... If i still suitable in their cut-off?
