Simple Beginner Cabochon Wire Wrap Pendant Using One Piece of Round Wire

1 piece of 20 gauge round wire, 15 inches long (I am using Zebra Wire brand in the color Natural)
1 cabochon (mine is a teardrop, goldstone, 1.25 inches tall)

That little tip on getting the angles right to keep your twists symmetrical at 2:00, is important, even if it's such a little thing. Learned about that for making safety wire ties on aircraft bolts. The skill translates nicely.

Thanks for this wonderful tutorial. I have reversed it and have the front on the back and it works great for my projects I make key rings from small rocks I paint and by reversing the wires the front of the rocks are displayed nicely.
