My mind is figuratively blown right now. I have had migraines for decades and have been dealing with neurologists etc for them for 20+ years. I've also been being treated for major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder for 10+ years and only recently was my diagnosis updated to bipolar type 2 instead. I have never heard anyone say that there is a relationship between those two things until now. How are more people not talking about this? I feel let down by my health providers for not bringing this up.

I feel like this might be life-changing because I'm definitely going to pursue this with my doctors. So thank you very much for posting this and for providing information I'd never seen before. Much appreciated 👍

I just came here to see if comorbidites could be a factor in why my BipolarII took so long to get diagnosed but now I see I have unwanted validation… 😅😂

I have Bi Polar 2. Diagnosed in my mid 20s, now in my 40s it seems to be getting worse. Medications and therapy does help but not enough. I wish more people understood it and would stop telling me to "snap out of it".
