I'm old...Retired. Did audio professionally back in the 80's/90's, back in the days of IASCA sound-offs, Orion cheater amps, etc. I picked up one of these exact head units at a swap meet for $10.... I absolutely love it! Mostly... It doesn't have the DSP a high-end $1200 Alpine or Kenwood has. But it has all the basics covered, xover, eq, tons of useful inputs, MP3 via USB... I love it. And all for $10. Made a great addition to my golf cart system. I would buy another one if I had the need.

I've been installing Boss floating touch screens in multiple vehicles for a customer. I've had great outcomes and does the job for way less than other brands.

I remember once in one of your livestreams I mentioned having the older version of this unit in my truck and people were surprised that I like it. I still get comments on my video of installing it saying it’s a POS, but 3 years later I still love it

I installed this model in my work van. Super impressed at the price point. I have the older model (BE10ACP wired CarPlay) in my personal vehicle and it’s been going strong for about 3 years now. Using external amps on both but still they’re awesome head units

I have been running a Boss ( and they also make these under several brand names ) BCPA10W for around 4 years trouble free. I originally had the predecessor to it BCPA10, but I wanted to upgrade to the wireless Android Auto. Their customer service switched out the radio unit for me for the difference in what the ( if sold new ) price would be. It might have been 40 bucks. Yes this is a budget unit, but I installed it in my 2009 Avalanche that I use to plow snow here in the northeast. I wasn't looking for, or even expecting, a "great" head unit let alone customer service that was, in this day and age, pretty damn good. From an extended user of the product, I would recommend it just based off of the features and price.

I've been using this head unit over A year now without any issues at all. Love the way it attaches and adjust. And physical volume knob was an important part of what I was shopping for. Only thing extra it could have used is A remote.

I've always wanted one but don't have the room on my dash or really need one. My head unit just acts as a preamp, with volume knob, before my DSP.

I purchased a boss amp when I was 17 thinking it would be shit, powering a type r in its stock box I was really surprised how loud it actual was no complaints really for how cheap it was.

I have an Eonon 10.1 floater, and I used it about 2 years. No issues. I upgraded to a Stinger Heigh10. That thing is a monster. At 100% volume, it doesnt clip. Its less than 3v, but super clean. Also has optical output and hdmi input. I love the stinger heigh10. Worth the cost. Most likely the cheapest of name brands.

I bought the exact same head unit from Boss' sister company on Amazon for half the price a few years ago. Other than being too bright when at the dimmest setting, I have no complaints.

Ive had an Eonon UA12S Plus installed in my Civic for the last year and a half, and it is awesome.

From the minute you started showing even the wire harness etc you could tell it was going to be better than the Chinese generics lol. Good find for the price.

I've got a 10inch Joying and a 9 inch Atoto in my wifes car. a little quirky once in a while but general as good or better than the Pioneer large screen units i've had. The Optical out on my Joying is excellent.
