The EPA need to administer DOT vehicle emissions laws, these laws pertaining to CO2 and HC and Nitrogen gas that can become destructive to environment of tropical climate. The Guyana police are not fit to enforce fitness and emission law standards for licensing permits. At the same time the DOT can look into the many hazardous roadway that lead to vehicle accidents and personal injuries. The vehicle in Guyana are a new animal to Guyana that needs international community standards.
