Replace the hydraulic lifters, take the cam out and you can just take them out. If you're doing intake side you need timing tools, exhaust side just an iron bar that fits the slots on the cams. Do it before it grinds away at your camshaft, i had to replace mine, the lifters are very cheap

you can't tell by doing that if there stuck that's just the because the cam is not pushing down on them you need to take cams off and check hydraulic lifter underneath to see if there stuck this doesn't really show anything to be fair

Hydraulic tappets in these from what i remember. Rattly bastards at idle
