i was gifted this laptop by a friend and I thought the battery was as easy as Asus where you slip it in and out in less than a minute until I had a problem with the laptop hanging while restarting and watched this video to find out how to take out the battery. The designers must have worked in the auto industry to make this hard to remove a battery. My last one had two clips, slipped out, unplugged, plugged in new battery. About a minute or less.

Brother i have the same model the issue is that when i plug my charger in the laptop, sometime it shows charging but most of the time it do not iam really confused when ever I bring it to the market it starts charging there I have changed extension, sockets everything but still I have the issue, what should I do brother?
