what's the difference between and the acer and Asus one

Honestly, I'd rather have a higher quality IPS panel at lower refresh, like 120Hz or 144Hz compared to having the 200Hz of this one. My boyfriend has the Asus ROG PG348, and that is a gorgeous monitor, which despite "only" 100Hz, provides a fantastic gaming experience. This AOC monitor seems extremely overpriced. I think they've slapped those HDR1000 and G-Sync Ultimate certifications on there just to boost the price.
