Jim, as I watched and listened to Jeremy describe the individual plants and how well they coexist together, I could tell how much he loves the beautiful garden he and Mother Nature have created together. Wow, this was such an enjoyable tour. So many great lessons on ‘right plant, right place’ and how stone can be used to showcase plants. We added large pieces of stone to our garden beds 3 years ago and it has made a huge difference in adding dimension and focal points. I feel very inspired after watching this tour. I love rock gardens. At my previous home I had a well established shady rock garden under two giant oak trees. Loved planting in little nooks. The discussion about microclimates was spot on. I found so many things would erupt or bloom earlier than other areas. Great segment!
