I have a i5 4690k overclocked to 4.3ghz and I have 32gb rgb ram and a gtx 960 g1 gaming and a gigabyte z97p-d3 motherboard and a phanteks p300 case with a rgb fan and I have a 128gb ssd and a 1tb hdd

About your pc power cycling.
First, check the psu cable. Make sure there's no shorts in it. Then disassemble and reassemble with just your CPU and ram. While disassembling, double check the thermal paste. It could be dried out and causing it to overheat (something I've read about before but never seen myself). If it still cycles then the CPU could be fried or its the power supply. You can test the power supply with a multimeter (there's plenty of tutorial videos). If it's neither the CPU or psu then it's probably the motherboard. Just be ready to replace one of those parts.
I also recommend sending it to a professional if you think it's the CPU, just to double check. Wouldn't want to buy a new one if you don't have to and still get the same results.
