Damn, that's a nice CPU!! I still use my Ryzen 7 2700x, also for video editing. I use Davinci Resolve for editing because it balances the load more on the GPU (RTX 2060). But I don't blame you for using Adobe Premiere. The whole Adobe suite is soo nice! The way lightroom, photoshop, etc work together almost seamlessly is soo nice. Anyways, have a nice day!

If you transcoded your h264 4k60 files to something like go pro cineform or DNxHR or Prores, editing will be so much smoother! Its a night and day difference, and is worth the transcode time (not too long on a 2700x i would assume). Another option is to use proxies (of the same formats above), and edit in 1080p or something and then export the original files in 4k.
Editing h264 in premiere isnt very efficient. These formats are designed to be edited and work very smoothly. Its like butter!

There is a Razer Huntsman Mini You will like it if you hit ctrl+fn+1 to 7 it has pre built lighting presets like 1=off 2=static 3=breathing 4=spectrum cycling 5=wave (Ur Favourite) 6=starlight and 7=reactive

I had the same MB when I upgraded from 2700x to 3900x. it ran OK but RAM compatibility was a pain. ended up upgrading to the hero 8 x570 and some trident z neo 3600 cl16 and all is golden

Its no problem to put a new processor in an older motherboard i have a friend that runs a r7 3800x in an b450 f gaming and IT runs as good as with a x570 board
