There is a difference between trying to force people to eat in a specific way and trying to get rid of poisonous substances that are being put into our food.

Bamning certain ingredients that have been scientifically proven to be poison, does not stop us from eating good versions of the same food. I'm old enough to remember tallow French fries. Delicious and way more healthy!

RFK Jr. also claimed seed oils are “one of the most unhealthy ingredients in foods and the reason they’re in the foods is because they are heavily subsidized, ” and cited them as a cause of illnesses like “body-wide inflammation.”

The Kennedy scion has even released “Make Frying Oil Tallow Again” merchandise to drive his message home.

RFK Jr has said, he isn’t against fast food. He said they need to go back to using healthier oils for their friers and other things like they used to use here and what they still HAVE to use in Europe. This McDonald’s argument isn’t a “gotcha”. If people put their OBVIOUS bias and dislike of RFK Jr aside and actually listen to the guy, they’d would learn a lot instead of staying ignorant.
I think many people would be willing to pay more for giving up hidden chemicals in our food for the trade off of our children living longer, healthier lives.

This is a great way to allow Americans to eat the foods they love while also acknowledging that we don’t need to be poisoned while doing it. I find it unacceptable that they have the same cereal made by the same company but theirs does not have the same harmful chemicals. So they know how to do right, they just choose not to.

why not also highlight all the many notable doctors and scientists who are supporting rfk's appointment to balance out the argument instead of just sharing points of views that are in opposition to his appointment. also I don't think you can compare what michelle Obama was proposing to what RFK jr is proposing. his focus is on cleaning up the corruption that allows for dangerous chemicals to be in our food and making it possible for healthy foods to be available not telling the public what to eat and how much.

I love coca-cola. I always wondered why sugar ones, which taste better, were harder to get than corn syrup. Now I know. The government does need to find a better way to get actual sugar.
