The key to using any artificial is to at the very least slightly match the hatch and get it in front of a fish. If you aren't where the fish are, it doesn't matter what you throw

i wanna buy these baits for white bass but the white bass in my state dont get that big so it's kinda hard to choose because i'm not sure if they'll be able to eat up the bait with me having a good hook set
