My grandmother's favorite things were the breadsticks, the spaghetti and meatballs, and the SALAD! I was so happy when the dressing became available in grocery stores and I could make an Olive Garden salad for her every night if that's what she wanted. Towards the end of her life I was making sure she ate dinner every night because she had alzeimer's. She had trouble eating but the one thing I could always get her to eat was spaghetti and meatballs with the homemade Olive Garden salad. I like it too.
