Inspired by Huaiyang tofu "flower" which I saw recently on @Goldthread2 That dish requires 3600 cuts! It looked amazing! My tofu here does not require that level of knife skills 😏

To make this hot chili oil *flower* tofu-inspired dish, I used soft tofu, raw garlic (use garlic powder if you aren't a fan of raw), green onion, ground red chilies, toasted sesame, super hot EVOO, Chinese black vinegar and dark soy sauce.
