I get my nail drill and file my thick big toenails down. My sidewalls ache, I just smooth the sidewalls down. It's the skin underneath the nails, it gets hard and snaggs! UK 🇬🇧

I was so embarrassed by my thick toe nails! I have always had naturally thick nails anyway but they were so gross and I got my second ever pedicure, but my first in three years today my feet feel so good! 😊 I’m not surprised to find out trauma could have played in to it….. ❤

I wish you could do me and my mom's feet. Idk what we have (it started with her). it makes the toenails really thick and crumbly but all the crumbly stuff underneath is still alive and attached. It hurts to clean them out and even bleeds sometimes when you cut it. It's like little alive fibers under there....
