I'm Muslim and hijabi, 16 year old girl living in Europe. All my friends get their nails done but I don't think it's okay. Don't misunderstand my comment pls, I like the idea but besides the nailbeds not contacting water, I think another problem is modesty. I mean if you wanna wear them at home, okay but I don't think anybody is going to purchase it for home use. It's just my opinion and it's okay for you to disagree and I still love the idea of ppl not getting nails done that prevent them from praying.
And if you don't understand what I mean, I'll put it like this: can we, Muslim girls wear makeup? Yes. Is it okay to wear excessiv makeup outside ur home or like whatever? (u get what I mean) No. So you could wash in the morning and put on some makeup and pray, or redo your makeup every time, idk, but is it okay just cause you can pray with it? Nooo.
I'm not talking about some concealer, mascara and eyelash curler etc. I'm talking about fullface.
So when you get these nails, won't this attract attention and ruin the whole thing hijab is going for, where is the modesty?

You can get them done when you’re on your period because Muslim women don’t have to pray if they’re on their period so Muslim women are living y’all can stop feeling sorry about us 🤨!(not talking about the creator about people who think we are sad because we don’t get our nails done more often)
