I use the dolby but didn't now it could detect microphones, and nor did I check other settings to adjust the sound and remove background noise. Probably you should have talked more on how it detects microphones...Anyways, this helps!

To correct you, the file system is accessible from dolby. Try the save option, and change extension to(.mp3) and it will save on your phone. And you can upload directly to Youtube as you mentioned. I wish the app allow the custom skin for uploaded videos though!
